Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR)
Introduced in June 2013, the Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR) serves to encourage more prudent borrowing. TDSR stipulates that your total monthly debt cannot exceed more than 60% of your gross monthly salary.

Stamp Duty

Stamp duty is tax on documents relating to the purchase or lease of a property. In Singapore, there are 3 different stamp duties on buying and selling residential property.
• Buyer’s Stamp Duty (BSD)
• Seller’s Stamp Duty (SSD)
• Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty (ABSD)
