ERA Singapore has successfully broken the national record of “The Largest Number of People Performing the SG50 Happy Dance Together”

Singapore, 4 August 2015 – Singapore’s largest real estate agency, ERA Singapore celebrated Singapore’s 50th year of independence yesterday evening by rallying the largest number of people to perform the SG50 Happy Dance together at Yio Chu Kang Stadium.

During the event, the organisation succeeded in setting a new national record. 448 agents from ERA Singapore performed the dance and also did a formation with SG50 banners at the end of the dance. The 448-strong crowd also sang the national anthem and recited the national pledge in one voice. Singapore Book of Records was present at the event to record and certify the event.

The objective of the event is to forge a sense of belonging and install a sense of pride among the agents.

“ERA Singapore has, over the past 33 years, been growing with Singapore. Singapore is our main base in the Asian region, and we are honoured to be Singapore’s largest real estate company with more than 6,000 agents joining us in this big family. We are delighted to celebrate this joyous occasion —Singapore’s 50th birthday— with all our agents. Everyone has been forthcoming with support for this national event,” says Jack Chua, CEO of ERA Singapore.

For over three decades, ERA Singapore has been a part of nation building, bringing service to Singaporeans and fulfilling their housing needs. The event is more than just about celebrating; it is about building a stronger bond between the associates, ERA and Singapore.
