SINGAPORE, 28 April 2026 – ERA Singapore has been recognised as one of Singapore’s Best Employers 2026 by The Straits Times, marking its fourth consecutive year on the prestigious list.
Compiled in partnership with global research firm Statista, the annual award identifies top employers based on independent employee surveys across Singapore, evaluating factors such as workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and willingness to recommend their organisation.
“This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices of our people,” said Marcus Chu, Chief Executive Officer, ERA Singapore. “At ERA, we believe that when we invest in our people, we empower them to succeed. This award affirms our commitment to building an environment where our advisers feel supported, valued and equipped to grow.”
ERA’s people-first approach is anchored in a strong ecosystem of training, technology and culture. Through ERA, advisers benefit from structured development pathways across market knowledge, client engagement, digital capabilities and leadership. In 2025 alone, the agency conducted over 160 training sessions, clocking more than 900 training hours and reaching over 13,000 participants.
Complementing this is SALES+, ERA’s proprietary super app, which integrates AI-powered tools and data-driven insights to support advisers in delivering better outcomes for their clients. With over 20 AI-enabled features, the platform enhances productivity, streamlines workflows and enables more informed decision-making.
Beyond professional development, ERA continues to foster a strong sense of community and purpose through initiatives that prioritise well-being, mentorship and giving back. Programmes such as ERA EmpowHER, its women’s leadership council, launched during International Women’s Day this year, as well as ongoing community outreach efforts, reflect the organisation’s broader commitment to empowering individuals and creating positive impact.
“As we look ahead, our focus remains on strengthening our people and equipping them for the future,” added Chu. “We are proud to be recognised alongside leading organisations in Singapore, and will continue to raise the bar for what it means to be a trusted and progressive real estate agency.”
