SINGAPORE, 20 November 2025 - ERA Singapore proudly congratulates Mr Eugene Lim, Key Executive Officer, on being conferred the MND Medallion 2025 Award by the Ministry of National Development (MND). He was presented with the award by the Minister for National Development, Mr Chee Hong Tat. This distinguished honour recognises his longstanding service and valuable contributions to Singapore’s real estate landscape. He is one of the few real estate agency representatives to receive this national recognition.
The MND Medallion Award is presented to partners, advisors, and individuals who have played significant roles in supporting MND’s mission. It acknowledges those who have served in various capacities, including board appointments and advisory positions, as well as those who have devoted many years to shaping policies and programmes that enable a future-ready Singapore. It forms part of MND’s broader recognition framework, alongside accolades such as the Dedicated Service Award.
Mr Lim plays an active role on the CEA Professional Development Committee, providing strategic input on the upskilling of real estate agents and on enhancing the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) framework. His contributions include raising training standards, strengthening course quality, and advancing collaboration with industry and education partners, ensuring agents remain competent, future-ready, and able to guide homebuyers with confidence.
“Eugene’s recognition is a proud moment for all of us at ERA. His dedication to raising professional standards and strengthening consumer trust reflects what we stand for as a company. We will continue working closely with our government and industry partners to ensure that Singapore’s real estate market remains transparent, ethical, progressive, and trusted by generations,” said Mr Marcus Chu, Chief Executive Officer, ERA Singapore.
“It has been a privilege to work closely with MND and our government partners in raising the professionalism and capabilities of real estate agents, ensuring they are well-equipped to serve the needs of Singaporeans in their property journey. We remain committed to building a trusted and progressive industry,” said Mr Lim.
ERA remains grounded in the principles of professionalism, integrity, and trust. We will continue working closely with partners and regulators to uphold these values and ensure that consumers can rely on us at every step of their property journey.
