For our three-year roadmap, we have established several objectives and initiatives which will see us strengthening our core and competitive edge, and augment our market leadership. Our strategies for Sustainable Growth include:
Other APAC Initiatives. A new digital marketing academy will be launched across APAC to support the digital marketing training needs of all our teammates. On 6 April 2022, ERA officially partnered up with Metigy – to provide all teammates across APAC – access to an AI predictive technology platform for self-serving content push and ad buys as part of the digital marketing enablement. This is the first-of such partnership for the property industry.
The ERA APAC Centre serves as the new Asia Pacific (APAC) HQ to more than 52% of the entire global network of ERA. ERA Asia Pacific doesn’t just operate as a franchise business. Currently, we have direct ownership in four key growth markets in Southeast Asia, namely Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia, which has provided us with a strong geographical diversification and access to more than 470 million people or 71% of the total population in ASEAN.
As the economies and real estate markets of these countries recover and transition into a post-pandemic environment, ERA expects to realise growth and synergies on the ground, underpinned by the established ERA brand name, strong reputation, and quality sales professionals.
We are well-positioned to take advantage of the region’s growth, and will continue to take a long-term approach to our regional expansion strategy and investments in these markets.
ERA has a global presence with worldwide footprint of more than 39,000 salespersons working out of 2,350 offices across 33 countries. The ERA APAC Centre will continue ERA Realty’s vision to be a fore-runner in technology adoption and digitalization by equipping its agents with the tools and resources they need to make a positive impact on the local economy and the APAC region.
Spanning across three storeys with a total gross floor area of 43,500 square feet, the ERA APAC Centre stands tall and proud as its own building with a rich and vibrant past. It has undergone a series of transformations (formerly known as Hersing Centre and Toa Payoh Entertainment Centre) before meeting the world as this latest incarnation, a testament of sustainable workspaces to meet the evolving needs of our workforce.
Instead of demolishing the original building , ERA Realty renovated and repurposed its building for greater environmental sustainability. 261 Solar panels were also installed to supply 30% of the entire building energy usage, in line with our national vision of low-carbon & smart energy Singapore. Other features include co-working space at everyday@ERA on the ground level, an in-house photography studio and professional recording studio (Realty Podcast by ERA). The luxury of space allows agents and industry partners to network. There will also be a shopfront concept along the external part of building to display ERA exclusive listings, and will be manned by agents to capture walk-in customers, even over weekends.
